Introduction

Thank you for visiting the site. We are a Manchester based enquiry agency set up in 2010 after many years experience working for some of the more well known bailiff /debt recovery companies in the UK.

We are DPA registered and carry full, professional indemnity insurance. We welcome your visit and are grateful for the opportunity to earn your trust and hope that we always deliver a first class service. In order to do this we will always comply with key Government legislation which includes the Data Protection Act 1998, the Human Rights Act 1998, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, the Private Security Industry Act 2001 as well as our own Code of Conduct.

We understand there are many situations that can arise where sound advice is necessary and we accept that finding and working with an enquiry agent can be a particularly daunting task. With this in mind we will endeavor to make your experience a positive one and ask that you spend a few moments perusing the site to assist you with your choice.
